How long does the quote stay valid?
We allow for the fact that an association decides at a meeting. We agree a validity period that lets the quote reach the agenda — and where needed, through to the next season.
Can we pay monthly?
Yes. Under an annual contract you can pay a level monthly amount the association budgets for, rather than approving each job separately.
Do residents need to be notified in advance?
The board usually handles notification, but we agree the schedule far enough ahead to leave time for it. We also say when windows need to be shut and cars moved off the car park.
Will you take on just a single job?
Yes. Plenty of associations start with one job — usually the gutters or the roof — and only move to a contract once they've seen the result.
